  • How do I book an appointment?
    Appointments can be booked online via the booking system.

    Do you require a deposit or card details?
    Card details are required to secure appointments. No payment is taken at the time of booking.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a £15 fee.
    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full appointment price. Full policy on booking system.

    What happens if I’m late?
    Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation if the appointment can’t be completed.

    Where are you based?
    I work from a private home studio but can travel for bridal makeup. Full address details are provided after booking.

    Is parking available?
    Yes on-street parking available.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    Payment is taken in person after your appointment via cash or bank transfer.

  • What makeup services do you offer?
    I offer makeup for special occasions including weddings, events, parties, proms and photoshoots.

    How long does a makeup appointment take?
    Most makeup appointments last around 45 minutes, depending on the look and occasion.

    Do you offer bridal makeup?
    Yes, I do. Bridal makeup is available by enquiry only. Please use the bridal enquiry form so I can check availability and talk you through trials and options.

    Should I arrive with makeup on or a bare face?
    Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face where possible. This allows me to properly prep the skin for the best finish and longevity.

    Are lashes included?
    Yes — strip lashes are included unless stated otherwise. You’re also welcome to bring your own if you have a favourite pair.

    I have sensitive skin — can I still book?
    Absolutely. Please let me know about any sensitivities or allergies in advance so I can tailor products to suit your skin.

  • Which facial is best for my skin?
    If you’re unsure, I’m happy to advise at your appointment based on your skin type, concerns and goals.

    How often should I have a facial?
    Most clients benefit from a facial every 4–6 weeks, depending on skin concerns and lifestyle.

    Will my skin be red after a facial?
    Mild redness can occur, especially with active treatments, but this usually settles quickly. I’ll always advise on aftercare.

    Can I wear makeup after my facial?
    It’s best to avoid makeup for 24 hours where possible, especially after advanced treatments.

    Are facials suitable during pregnancy?
    Some treatments are suitable during pregnancy. Please contact me before booking so I can advise safely.

    Do you offer skin consultations?
    Yes — consultations are included with facials, and I’ll also recommend a simple home-care routine if needed.

  • Which brow treatment is best for me?
    This depends on your natural brows, skin type and desired result. I’m always happy to advise before or during your appointment.

    How long do brow treatments last?

    • Tinting: around 2-3 weeks

    • Hybrid brows: up to 6 weeks on hair

    • Brow lamination: up to 6–8 weeks with correct aftercare

    Is brow lamination safe?
    Yes, when performed correctly and with proper aftercare. A patch test is required before treatment.

    Do I need a patch test?
    Yes — patch tests are required for tinting, hybrid brows and brow lamination and lash lifts at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.

    Can I still have my brows done if I have sensitive skin?
    In many cases yes, but please let me know in advance so we can choose the safest option for you.
